Here’s a fingerboard protocol from coach Allister for maximising strength.

Skip to 1:51 if you just want to follow the protocol.

Perfect for climbers who have been climbing for a while and have some experience fingerboarding. Do this two or three times a week for five weeks, have a rest week followed by 5 weeks and retest your edge size.
